???: On the first thing she saw was Cole as baby. Cole's arms were mutated into black claws and the black part seemed to cover half of his face. She looked up at him. He said nothing and showed her more pictures. She saw top secret pictures on the murder scene and when Cole was found drenched in blood weeping in front of the corpse. She kept moving on through the pictures seeing Cole with the weird mutations and him being covered with blood or weeping. She flipped through some of the books seeing "Beastly Mutations" or "Supernatural Occurences" she saw notes taken about the developement of children and diseases. Reading on she saw pictures of Cole being experimented on and tortured. "They tried to see if they could make me break shadow form..." he told her while she kept looking. "My father-the real one- kept doing all sort of experiments testing my strength, agility, skills, smarts, will power. He wouldn't stop. He was upsessed. My mother told him that I might have got it from her. After a while he was a little sain and stopped the testing." he flipped through the photos and came up with a picture of his mother torn apart bleeding on the floor with her organs removed. "She told him it was something that had to do with our organs and blood. So he..." Cole hesitated for a second. "Disected her..." Flint looked up at him with darkness in her eyes. He kept going. "He was going to compare my organs with her. He tried to cut me completely open. At the sight of blood I remember snapping. I don't remember so clearly after that, only flashes of shadowy claws slashing at him and ripping him apart. I woke up the next night drenched in his blood sitting in front of his dead body. I didn't know what happened; but seeing a horrible thing like that." his eyes grew dark as he remembered the image. "It isn't good for any kid." He kept going on with his story and Flint relunctantly listened. He told her that the man that had taken him in had cut him up to see if the rumors were true; that Cole was a shadow beast. The man was correct because of the first view of blood, Cole went completely crazy. The man started to beat on him with a thorned whip after he chained Cole up anyway possible, even with a reversed spike collar. Cole told her that the necklace he had kept the beast at bay and controllable by him. It was apparently givin to him before the man died by hanging himself and leaving Cole a note saying 'sorry'. After he finished his story Flint was speachless. She watched him calmly put the pictures and books away without shedding a single tear. "I'm sorry you had to hear this all...Flint." he said at last. She broke down and started crying silently. He held her in his arms trying his best to comfort her with promises that it'll be ok. She stopped crying at last still being held on to tightly. "I know what kind of members we should recruit..." she said at last, her voice shakey.
