???: She got up quickly gasping and breathing heavily. "Had a nightmare?" a familiar voice asked her. "Cole...?" she asked a little shocked at the fact he was in the house. He pointed to two men dressed in black laying on the floor unconcious. "Robbers..." Cole stated. Flint nodded slowly looking at her dark friend. He looked back at her. "What?" he asked plainly looking into her eyes. She shook her head "Uhm...it's nothing." A hard gaze met her eyes and embarrassed she slightly blushed. Realization struck her; when did he get here, how did he get in, and how did he know?? she thought warily to herself. Worridly she stared at both Cole and the robbers. "The police are coming now, it was too early when I called." he assured her. Early...? When did he get here then? Flint shook her head and tried not to think about it too much. Cole tilted his head a little and walked over to her. He rested his hand on her shoulder. Startled, she jumped a little then looked up. His eyes were different. She blinked once or twice to make sure her eyes weren't playing tricks on her. No, his eyes were pale and dark with a little bit of yellow in his slitted red eyes. She thought whether or not to tell him about her dream. Looking back into his eyes she saw his curiousity along with the deep sorrow scarred in his eyes. Flint took a deep breath and exhaled it slowly. "It's nothing." she told herself rather than Cole. With warm dark eyes he understood she didn't want to talk about whatever it was. He hugged her then walked away. "Hopefully things will get better for you...Flint. The cops are on their way-be careful." he called over his shoulder before disappearing into the shadows. All Flint could do was stare and think, think about everything that's happened between him and her to this point.
