Hello again everyone smile Today I'm going to be reviewing the 1/144 HGUC RX-0 Unicorn Gundam. For starters, let me be competely honest, if you don't have either a HGUC or a MG, or even a PG of this model, I highly suggest you go out and buy one! This guy was meant to be displayed, no matter what the size! I admit that I wasn't a fan at first, because I thought he was a little too flashy, and I had never even seen the series that he was in, but after watching them all, and buying and building this guy, my whole attitude completely changed! -thumbs up-
First, you'll notice that this is just the destroy mode version, meaning that he doesn't transform into the unicorn mode, but he already looks great, so why would you need to? wink He has red clear pieces that really show off his impressiveness and bring him to life! He only comes with the one gun and his shield, but that's only because of the version that I bought. They do give you an extra ammo pack (You never know when you need that extra punch against those zakus. >.< wink
The only complaint that I personally have, is this version doesn't move too too much. He moves fine, but because of how big his arms and legs are, you can't bend him into a pretzel, but I'm sure the MG or even the PG don't have that issue. Mainly because he doesn't have an innerframe to help him. Other than that, I would highly recommend you pick up this guy, he goes great in almost any collection and he was a lot of fun to build. Here are the pictures below, and notice I gave him his own clear red stand which really makes him look even better!
