My next review is going to be on the 1/100 MG God Gundam from the series G Gundam. This kit holds a special place in my heart because this was the first series that I had watched, even before Gundam Wing. The series is considered more martial artsy and less about space, but I thought the series was still great nonetheless. The idea is the MS, are Mobile Fighters, and aren't piloted, but controlled by a person. It's basically Dragon Ball Z Gundam! smile If your a fan of posing your kits, and love being able to make them look impressive, than the God Gundam should be right up your alley. The G Gundam kits came with screws, that let you be able to tighten the joints, so they could pull off just about any pose that you would want. Plus, he even comes with a rubber headpiece, in case you accidently break the other one! smile This was the first time being done, and I have to say that I loved this idea. They also were the first to have an inner frame, so these lines of kits were way ahead of their time. -thumbs up- There aren't a lot of decals with this kit, but honestly, he looks great without that many. I really didn't have a problem with this model. The only negative thing I could really say was that his burning hand, that he does with the Master Gundam, isn't available, you have to buy MG Master Gundam to be able to do the scene. But, other than that, he was great to work on and I would highly recommend picking him up if you're just starting to get into the hobby, and you want to start building a MG, or if you're a fan of the series like me! Now onto the pictures..
