For this next review, I'm going to be reviewing the 1/100 MG Deathscythe Gundam from the Gundam Wing series. This is my last MG from this line, so I thought I'd wrap up the Wing kits that I had. smile This was the first MG that I built, and let's just say that it made a lasting impression on me regarding MG's >_<
Just like with Wing, there are two versions of this kit. There is the T.V version,(Which I am reviewing) and a OVA version, which looks more like a bat. I'm surprised I never got that one. wink
This kit was a challenge to build, partly due to it being my first MG, but also, the joints are a bit loose, so it does have a hard time holding his scythe, usually it requires both arms to hold it up. His other weapon, a shield, fits great and he has no trouble keeping it on his arm. As with both other kits, his hands can be swapped out for open palm or closed fists.
Below are the pictures that I took of him. He was a challenging build, but if you keep at it, he does look very nice when he's finished. smile
