Attitude: Demua did not always look like this, no his deformations are the result of a gene splicing experiment the teen had been dragged into. You see, he was an orphan, his parents death occurring sometime in his early childhood. Though he'd never really been affected by it much, since he was far too young to even remember his parents. Instead he went from various foster homes, his first a strict Catholic woman who abused him about as much as she had lectured him. Having basically beat religion into him, he quickly formed a deep hatred for her and her ******** religion. Fed up with it, he drove a wooden crucifix into her leg one night. This guaranteeing a transfer to another home which he shared with a newly married couple. They were the strangest of them all, scientists, geneticists... They treated him more like a prisoner rather than a foster child really, shooting him a syringe full of 'medication' as they called it at least once each day, always watching him very carefully, and even locking him in his room at night. It was over a length of a year that he began to show these strange, animalistic signs, such as the constant desire for blood and the bony protrusions sprouting from his shoulder blades. Soon the ears came and his senses like hearing and smell became heightened, while his eyes only work now in the dark. Though he was eventually discarded by the family as a failed experiment and he ended up a slave soon after.

Extra: Like a vampire, Demua does have the need to feed on blood on occasion. Though animal blood is far more suited.
