Summary: Yuusuke and Keiko are happily married and have half-demon twins. They decide to take a second honeymoon after three years. Who's going to take care of the kids? Hiei and Kurama might!

"Yes, honey," Yuusuke replied.

"What about the kids?"

"I can get someone to take care of them."

"Who? You know as well as I do that Koji and Hiro don't get along with people well."

"Yes I know. But don't they like Kurama?"

"Yeah..."

"Then well get him to do it!"

"But what about him and Hiei?"

"They can work together," he replied, giving his wife a wink.

Keiko pouted and stopped to think about it. She finally gave in. "Fine, Yuusuke."

Work was slow. Emerald eyes slowly looked up from the worn-out paper back they were trying to read to the clock. 12:08... Kurama sighed softly. Even if he worked at the only bookstore in town, it was still kind of slow. He grabbed his bookmark off the counter and marked his page in the book. He slipped from behind the counter and decided to re-stock the shelves seeing every other employee was either lazy or out on lunch break.

He sigh once again and clicked open a small pocket knife and cut the box open. It was full of cook books and dictionaries of all sorts. 'Great,' he sighed once more, 'Ill re-stock the cook books and walk all the way to the other side of the store with a load of dictionaries in my hands to re-stock those...' He lifted the heavy box to the section with cook books and re-stocked them. Once done on that side he carried the heavy box to the other side of the store.

Too bad for him, a certain loud-mouthed detective came into the store, calling out, "KURAMA~!!!!!" Being very loud and very sudden that Kurama accidentally dropped the box full of dictionaries, and it landed on his foot. He yelped in pain and jumped slightly.

Yuusuke's head popped around a shelf. "There you are buddy!" he cried and walked over to the kitsune. Kurama pushed the box off his foot and lifted it from it's position on the ground. It was hurting badly. Yuusuke noticed this and took it a bit too deep.

"Kurama! Are you okay? What happened to your foot? Does it hurt badly?" he asked.

Kurama rolled his eyes. "It wouldn't look like I have a limp if someone learned to come into a store and not surprise anyone while their working with heavy objects," the redhead implied.

He turned his gaze back to Yuusuke who had a big sweat-drop on his forehead and was rubbing the back of his head.

"Hehehe... sorry Kurama," he apologized. "It's just that me and Keiko need your help."

"With what? I've already taught you how to change a diaper Yuusuke, did you forget?" Kurama accused, picking up the box of dictionaries once again and slightly limping to the other side of the store.

"No... We decided to take a second honeymoon and there's no one to baby-sit Koji and Hiro. So we thought-"

"I could do it," Kurama finished. Yuusuke nodded. "When are you guys leaving and for how long?"

"Um, day after tomorrow and for about a week we'll be gone. But we already bought all the baby food and such! We just need someone to stay with them for the time."

"Sorry, no," Kurama simply stated.

"Why?" Yuusuke wined.

"I'm going to the park on Friday with Hiei."

"He can help you."

Kurama tried to bite back a laugh but couldn't help but let a small giggle come out.

"Hiei knows nothing about kids. And he wouldn't want to sit in a house for a week with two of them," Kurama explained, placing a few dictionaries on the shelves.

"That's why you can teach him," Yuusuke argued, there was no way he wanted to cancel the whole thing because someone can't baby-sit. Plus they already started packing and bought their plane tickets to America.

"No, Yuusuke. I also have to work for a living."

"Can't you just pawn off all those treasures you stole in your Yoko days? C'mon! I really want to make Keiko happy. Having kids just puts a lot of stress on her, I want to give her a break."

After hearing those words come from Yuusuke mouth, Kurama thought about it. Guilt came over the redhead. 'I could just sell those things, but mother would ask me where I got the money. And I don't have a kid, and it must be really hard on Keiko, seeing as she is human and Koji and Hiro are half-demon...' his train of thought was interruppted by Yuusuke,"So, what do you say?" he asked. Kurama sighed, put on a small smile and nodded. "Okay."
