For those that knew, about two and a half months ago, my dog had a large growth (along with her whole foot, leg, and shoulder) removed and we thought that was the end of it. She seemed fine, ran around and barked like normal, took on dogs while being walked; she was getting better.
Now, just last night, she puked 7 times, her shoulder is swollen with a new, larger tumor, and to top it off, that tumor is cutting off the circulation of blood to the outer skin with grotesque effects. Needless to say, my poor pup is going to be put down today. Over the course of maybe two weeks, her health went from "near full recovery" to "death-bed" sick.
Death is out there, and it can happen at any time to even the most likely of people. Take this moment to contemplate your own mortality, then find a good friend and talk with them, or grab a hug; just don't think it won't happen to you anytime soon. Today just maybe your last.
