Her parents never knew,
her sister didnt notice,
what this broken angel
was going through...
She always looked so innocent,
never did she complain,
until the day they found her gone
for this was no accident...
She was lying on the floor,
wrists covered in blood no doubt,
tears had fallen from her glass set eyes
for she had cried her soul out...
She had lost that innocent look,
she now had no expression,
next to her they found a diary,
for she kept all her life's nightmares, in a small, sad, blood red book...
They opened it
and to their horror did they find,
dark black ink written on every line,
they stopped at page 99...
And then they read...
'Nobody cares and its so nice
I havent been eating dinner
and now I'm so much thinner
but still they dont notice...'
'It's because of him my heart's broken
no I cant live like this
people treat me like I'm a token
please I beg for his kiss...'
'Today is my birthday, I just turned eleven
nobody remembered but hey I'm still alive
though it seems like years ago I was seven
but still I wait for heaven...'
'I cant take it anymore and I know this is just the start
but my love for him is tearing me apart
Nobody's here to talk to,
nobody's here to know
but what have I got to show?'
'I thought things would get better,
but they turned and just got worse
I was watching T.V.
and there I saw him with her!'
'Now I need help from above,
I've started cutting and cant stop
I cant help it I'm just so in love
just please now dont let me get caught...'
'My world is coming to an end
for this battle I have lost
my heart will never mend
I know I now must pay the cost...'
They had to stop, they couldnt read more
for a page in red had caught their eyes
their heads filled with disbelieving lies
it was written in her blood...
"If your reading this I have succeeded in my task
I'm gone forever
no longer hidden behind a mask
I will no longer feel the pain, ever.
I did it because I couldnt handle that feeling,
I loved him so
but i could never have him
so i had to let go.
My soul now lives forever
my mind can now be free
my eyes can be alone from tears
but my love shall stay with he..."
