Don't judge a book by it's covers? That's true. To truly know when to judge someone is when they, the person that one is judging, do something worth the judgement, not their appearance. Look in here to see if there is anything that they have done to deserve to be judged, and you become the judge of that.

Your child, your care I have a sibling that I love, but I just can't stand his extream hyperness as well as energy. Yes, he's only five, but he is also getting up and into things that he shouldn't be. Just recently, I have taught him to keep out of my room by locking the door. His nusance is making my hair to go bald! Even though I love him, I can't stand him. The reason why he's so wound up like this is because my mom dosen't give him enough attention. She has even told me too. A child who don't get enough, or any attention from their parents will act out and get into trouble. The trouble does lead to bullying because of their parents yells at them all the time. This can lead into gang violence and crime related events. Because of child neglect is a crime, it would be just as big of a crime to not give a child enough attention and praise. Let me put it this way. Your daughter/son grows up and kills another person. They did that to get your attention. Please, they should die because they murdered another human, however you killed the person too because you didn't play with your kids at their birth. There is one good thing about having a very wild brother. He's manning my nearly all kid army.
