Things Are Not Good.

A Few Days Ago, My Little Sister, Alec, Was Complaining Of Legpains Before School.
I, Natually, Shrugs It Off As Something That Was Like, A Bruise, Or A Pulled Muscle,
But It Was Much Worse.

After Taking Her To The Doctor's Office, The Said It Was, In Most Likelyhood, A Ruptured Appendix, Which Isn't So Bad, Because It's A Unneeded Organ; It Does Nothing.
Well, They Kept Doing Tests, For Air Trapped Inside Her Body, Gas-Bloat, And Then They Figured Out It Couldn't Be Her Appendix.

I Came Into The Hospital Today,
And Took The Elevator To The Sixth Floor, In Room 607, And Sat With My Little Sister And Watch Ed-Edd-n-Eddy On T.V.

After A Little Bit, The Doctor Came In With Some Paperwork, And Told My Mother That It Was Actually A Torsion; Or Knot, That Had Formed From On Her Left Ovary.
And That They Had Set Up Some Morphine For Her I.V. To Prepare Her For Surgery To Remove The Appendix, As Well As The Ovary.
We Then Were Asked To Sit In The Waiting Room, Watching Programs Where "Ganstas" Call Eachother's Girlfriends Sluts And Whores, While Waiting For Surgery To Finish.
While We Were Waiting, My Dad Flew Back In From TDY And Came Straight To The Hospital.
We Waited Together.

Finally, The Doctors, A Gastrointestalogist And Gynocologist, Came Out Into The Lobby And Informed Us That The Surgery Had Gone Fine, And That She'd Be Out Of The Hospital By Monday.

We Waited For Them To Refill Her I.V And Put Her Back Into Her Room,
Then Took The Elevator Back To Floor 6.
She Was Crying, And Said That It Hurt Very Bad.
They Had Her Hook Up To An I.V, And An Oxygen-Plug.

The Day Before I Had Called, AndTold Her That Her Friends Had Called,
And That I Had Asked My Friends To Pray For Her,
I Told Her I Had Taken Her For Granted,
And That I Was Sorry She Was Hurt.

Now I'm Just Stunned.
I Feel So Guilty That I Can't Cry.
I Don't Think The Reality Has Hit Me Yet...

I Wanted To Stay Tonight,
But The Room Only Has Room For Two;
My Mother, And Her.
But She Told Us She Loved Us, And I Have Her A Hug And A Kiss,
And Promised To Visit Again Tomarrow.

I Miss My Little Sister.
