Right now, I'm scanning in a picture I drew. It's for a comic manga I'm doing. I might release it online, but I'm not too sure about it. It could be risky and you never know... ninja
But anyway, I'll show a sample of my character of the manga here. Basically, she's my gaia avatar. cool But she's kewl! Her name is surprisingly not 'Kin' but 'Hannah' (or 'Hana' if you like. I named her this because she likes flowers and is a florist originally in the manga, and flower in Japanese is 'hana').
There's Hannah's picture (it was scanned straight from my scetch book. Also, I need to colour it in later and use virtual screentones to make it look nice. I've currently completed the first page. The manga I'm making is a sorta' chibi manga...I'm better at drawing half chibi/half normal characters than doing full chibi or full propotion characters.
Why am I making this manga? Well, my friends and I at school are making a compilation of manga, similar to 'Ciao' or 'Ribon'. I'm guessing more shoujo (girls style) manga since we're all girls. heart xp However, my manga is kind of more action than shoujo. It's about bounty hunters and evil cute creatures bent on world domination, if you're wondering. But apart from that my lips are sealed.
whee whee whee I think my friend Riyoko (chobits_fanatic) is making a manga based on elemental soldiers. Her art is good, so it should be interesting. And my friend Sakura (tomoyo_kinomoto) ((wow...she's been mentioned in almost all of my diary entries...0_0 freaky...)) is doing a bizarre but humourous comic about cows named (what do you know?!) COW.
eek Wow...I can talk! Honestly! And who would be reading this diary anyway?...well, I decided I would do this not for show, but just so I could read back on it later. When the months pass I can look back at all these posts and think:
"WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING?" or
"AHHH...WHAT A SMART COOKIE I WAS.." or something like that! sweatdrop Hey! Don't roll you eyes like that at my secound statement about cookies...
Well anyway, I'm having a lazy day today, so there's not much point telling you anything else. Well, Sakura came around to my house at 8:00 last night to drop off the wolf picture present. I also gave her a present...a SAKURA CARDCAPTOR DVD and a cute monkey keyring. But anyway...
