The Game continues
"Run all you want, Sora.This is too much fun and I don't want to stop yet."
Rixa continued following Sora's tracks, hellbent on reaching him so she could send the next darkling she had chosen especially for him.It didn't matter that Riku wouldn't approve of Rixa's methods, but she didn't care.Her enjoyment came first, then came Riku's rules.Besides, she wouldn't hurt him...much.
The three companions kept on their way, wary of being attacked again.They weren't used to being ambushed by anything other than heartless and it worried them.Sora wasn't as worried as Donald and Goofy, he was actually interested in finding out what was happening.
"Guys, maybe we should stop moving.We can find out what attacked us and maybe reason with it."
"Sora, are you crazy?After that attack, there's no way I want to find out what's after us!", Donald yelled, "Let's keep moving."
"Gwarsh, Donald, maybe we could stop.It can't necessarily be a heartless and maybe it's just confused.It could think we're bad guys.", Goofy remarked, trying to calm Donald down.
Rixa watched them talk from above, letting the serpent fly in a continuos circle without being seen.She grew bored from watching them chat with one another, so she pulled out her headphones.She smiled at it, then put it on, letting the music begin.The serpent hissed as a portal opened in the sky, letting an amorphous being fall from it.It landed loudly and very close to where the three companions were, surprising them completely.They looked at it, confused by what it was as the shape began to appear.It was a large dog-like creature, stretching it's legs to feel the movement.
"Sora, that doesn't look friendly!!!", Donald screamed in panic as the dog started to approach.
"We can take it, guys.Now, let's go!", Sora yelled excitedly as he grabbed his keyblade.
The three got close to each other in formation, prepared to block the dog's attacks from every side.Rixa smiled again as the music started playing louder.She signaled to the serpent, jumping off and landing easily on top of the dog.It growled at Sora and his companions once he felt her on his back.The three looked at the new opponent in complete fear as the dog charged them.Rixa held on expertly as she slashed at Donald while the dog ran by.He squeaked, landing on his back as Goofy and Sora ran toward him.The dog jumped and landed in front of them, not letting them reach Donald.Then he tried to grab Goofy with his claws, backing him away.Sora was left alone and Rixa jumped off from the dog's back.She charged Sora from behind and knocked him down.
"Who are you?What are you doing?"
The figure didn't respond and almost got him with the giant sword as the figure stabbed the ground.He staggered a little, and blocked another attack from the figure.Suddenly, the dog grabbed him with its tail and threw him into the air.Sora flailed his arms around as he was launched into the air.
"Guys, a little help!", he yelled, starting to fall.
Goofy and Donald ran in the direction that Sora was, but the dog stood in their way.Rixa was about to attack Sora when she felt a voice calling her.
Rixa, stop it!That's enough!
She stopped moving and whistled, calling the dog to her.It gave one final glance to Donald and Goofy and ran off to Rixa, letting her grab on and put herself behind his head.She waved to them, opened a portal and dissappeared as quickly as she had appeared.
Donald and Goofy kept staring, when Sora suddenly landed on them.He groaned as he lifted himself up and brushed away some of the dirt on his clothes.Donald began to yell at him and Goofy laughed a little.Sora gave Donald a serious, worried looked, which made him shut up.
"Guys, who was that?Never seen anyone like that...", he said quietly.
"What does it matter?I told you that you couldn't reason with a savage like that!", Donald screamed, losing his temper.
"Guys, let's calm down.No need to get worked up.Maybe it's a new kind of heartless.", Goofy said.
"A heartless...no way that was a heartless.It was unlike anything I've seen.And no heartless can summon a creature like that!"
Rixa appeared at the mansion's entrance, seeing that Riku was waiting for her with his arms crossed.She could tell he was mad at her, but she didn't care much.He walked to her, pulled her hood down and gave her an angry glare.She didn't react and he couldn't help but hug her close to him.
"You have to stop doing this..."
"I can't have my fun?It's just a test and he seems to be doing fine."
"Rixa..."
He lifted her face up to look into his eyes and gave her a small kiss.She blushed and turned away, still not used to having him do that.He sighed at went back inside, leaving Rixa alone.
"Then I'll stop, but only for you, Riku.Otherwise, I'll keep an eye on Sora."
