Chasing after Sora
"Rixa, it should be easier for you to find Sora now.This tracker shows you his location, even if he leaves one world to go to another.", DiZ said, handing her a device, "It's quite easy to handle.Now off to your duties."
He left her standing alone and she looked at him.Something about him didn't feel right with her, but she ignored the feeling.She studied the device, clicking on buttons and trying to learn from it.It started beeping and it showed a circle moving around.She clicked another button and the circle changed into a figure she recognized.
"Found you, Sora.Let's try not to ruin the game this time."
She summoned her serpent and got on. petting it's head.It hissed and opened a portal, waiting for her command.She pointed in a direction and it started flapping it's wings.It raised it's had up high as it began to fly off into the portal.Rixa covered her face and grabbed on to the reins she had put on the serpent some time back.She stared at the screen and tried to focus her energy on finding Sora.
"Come to me, Keyblade Master.Our game has yet to start."
She finally centered on it and yanked on the reins.The serpent let out a cry and changed direction.It exited the portal and landed on the ground.Rixa jumped off and studied her surroundings.She signaled to the serpent, telling it to stay there and wait for her to come back.She heard voices and got behind a tree.
"Found you.Now, let's play."
She stretched her arms out, letting the darkness spring from her finger tips.It felt good to release such energy from inside her and she yearned to do it more often.The dark waves changed into sharp knives and she clutched each one between her fingers.She waited for Sora and his friends to be far away so she could attack.Once they were far enough, she laughed to herself and let the knives fly through the air.The serpent watch in amusement as the knives dances around in the sky and turned to fall on Sora.
"Look out!"
The three friends joined each other in a circle and covered themselves with their weapons.The knives fell on them, breaking off into smaller pieces and falling into the grond, forming a circle.The knives stopped and they looked around in confusion.
"What's going on?Where did these come from?", Sora asked.
"Don't touch them, Sora.They could be dark magic at work.Someone must be after us...", Donald said, hitting one of the knives with his staff.
"Gwarsh, who could be after us?Ansem's gone and I doubt he could be back already."
"It may not be him, but we have to be on our guard.Let's keep going."
They walked away, carefully avoiding the knives.Rixa was amused and called her serpent to her.She got on and told it to follow them, but to be very quiet.It nodded and flew after Sora and his friends.
