Keeping an eye on Sora
"Seeing as Sora is now awake, our plan can begin.Riku, you've already done your part with the clues, just as His Majesty made sure Sora and his friends received them.Rixa, you will be in charge of watching Sora's actions.", DiZ proclaimed, his calm demeanor unchanged, "I still have some things I have to take care of."
Finishing up, DiZ left the room to go back to his study.Riku and Mickey didn't say a word as Rixa kept staring out the window.They looked at one another, then Riku walked up to Rixa.
"Rixa, it's not hard.Just try not to be seen by him and make no one tries to get in the way of our plans.", he said, patting her on the back.
"Riku, it's not that...but I'll do what I can.Elimination, if the need comes up."
She put up her hood and opened the portal.She closed her eyes and tried to sense Sora's aura so she could head his way.She finally centered on it and cracked her knuckles, preparing herself for the task at hand.Riku waved farewell to her and kissed her forehead.She smiled at him and left, not saying a word.
"Rixa...His Majesty, what do you think?About Rixa?"
"Riku, she's...I can't exactly put my finger on it, but I don't feel threathened at all whenever I'm in her presence, even if she is the embodiment of darkness."
"I just hope nothing happens to her.", he whispered, clamping his hands together, "I'd have to explain her to Sora."
He suddenly smiled to himself.Thinking about how Sora and Rixa would get along with each other brought him memories of his time on Destiny Islands.He wondered if maybe Rixa would like to go back with him when the time came.
"What is this place?"
Rixa exited the portal and came to a strange place.It was a secluded patch of land connected to the other worlds by the railroad track.There was a tower close by and it reached high into the sky, almost touching the stars.She heard some sounds and hid, careful not to be seen.It was something she had become a bit of an expert in since the Organization wasn't one who did work to be known by others.She listened in to the conversation, recognizing some of the voices.She knew three of the voices belonged to Sora, Goofy and Donald, but she didn't recognized the fourth.She slowly lifted her head so she could see who the fourth voice belonged to and didn't fully recognize the figure.It was a cat, round, fat and apparently in a foul mood.Running into the party didn't seem to be ncluded in his plans.He kept yelling at them and summoned Shadows to attack them.Sora and his friends began to fight the Shadows as the cat made his escape.He never noticed Rixa's presence as he left.The party finished with the last one and entered the tower, leaving Rixa outside.She sighed and looked at the tower again, refusing to go in.She crossed her arms in frustration and groaned to herself.
"How am I supposed to keep an eye on him now?"
She began to think and came up with an idea.She summoned one of her darklings.This one looked like a winged serpent and she sat behind it's head.It flied up to one of the windows and hovered close so Rixa could observed.She watched as some fairie argued with one another over what color Sora's new clothes should be.They finally decided to strike him at the same time and his clothes changed.He looked at himself in the mirror and smiled.He was glad of the new look and thanked the fairies for it.They explained that the clothes had hidden powers and that he could only unlock it with his friends.Goofy and Donald nodded and the three of them said goodbye to the fairies.The fairies disappeared and left Rixa amused.
