Ever wonder as a child, what you would do if you had super powers. What would it be like? how sweet it would be to have them? and what you would do with them?
This is a story of a few people who had the chance. Except these men weren't born with them, or given them for the sake of science, or made a deal with the devil. They just proved a theory right.
This story begins with a simple guy named Adam Corrigan. Again he isn't someone very important or good looking, but on the other hand he's not a nobody, or that guy in the corner. He's just and average guy. Today he just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The sounds of an alarm going off. Adam hits the button to turn it off.
"******** I hate this job" he said
"Love the job, hate the ******** hours"he said as he made his way to the shower. Adam worked at a up-and-coming computer animation studio, Adam had everything he ever wanted except a very expensive house he wanted to build. So he decided to work longer hours to save the money to build it. Adam always had the same morning rountine; get up, take a shower, have that bowl of Shreddies he's been eating since he was old enough to chew, go to work. Except today was different. While on his way to work he spotted a man on the side of the road. It seemed his car had stalled, and Adam has always been a compashionate man, so he decided to help him out.
"Hi, can I help you"asked Adam
"Ya, you can"said the man. The man was a thin man of fair height with brown hair that was dyed blonde at one point.
"What do you need" asked Adam
"I think my battery died, do you have some jumper cables" asked the man
"Ya, I'll get them" said Adam while on the way to his Toyota MR2-Spyder, returning with the cables.
"The battery's on this side of my car" said the man pointing to the far side of his car "Will they reach"
"Enh, will have to see" said Adam. While on his way around the front of the car, Adam gets hit will a hard blunt object, knocking him to one knee. Adam's always been a tuff guy who could take a hit. He looks up to see a man holding a wood baseball bat, looking alot like his childhood friend Bryan. All of a sudden the pain from the blow intensifies, Adam holds the side of his face and realizes he's bleeding from in front of his ear.
"Ya, its me ******** the man "Its me Bryan, b***h"
Adam staggers back to his feet.
"I told you"as he hits Adam in the side of the knee with the bat , Adam obviously drops to one knee again. "I would re-arrange"as he strikes another blow to Adams back, making him fall on all fours. "Your limbs" Bryan goes for a shot to the back of Adam's neck, but Adam rolls out of the way. Adam hears a loud yell, seeing its Bryan running full force with the bat in hand. Adam quickly Ninja Flips (Martial Arts technique used to quickly stand up from a prone position) to his feet and side kicks Bryan in the face. Due to Adam's already injured body his knee buckles and he falls to the ground. The man returns.
"Help me out man, I think my knee's blown" Adam says, trying to supress the urge to cry out in pain. Adam manages to sit up to get a better view of the man.
"Hold on a second" says the man as he makes his way over to the bat on the ground, eventually picking it up.
"I got to finish something" the man says looking at Bryan who is trying to shake off the effects of the kick. "k, go ahead, ******** him up, he deserves it"said Adam with a sadistic smile on his face. The man quickly turns around and hits Adam in the face with seemingly all his might.
"Yes you do" said the man.
Adam finally can't take the pain and screams out as loud as he can, a blood curdling scream.
"What, that did not kill you" said the man suprised.
"I guess, I have, to hit, a little, harder" the man says as he beats Adam repeadedly in the face with the bat. Finally stopping after about five or six good blows. The man and Bryan, leave stealing Adam's car, leaving him there.......stranded.........alone....to die............dead.
