Talent show?

WRITTEN ON MONDAY IN THE LIBRARY:
For the year 8 talent show, we are thinking about doing a cosplay act with Fullmetal Alchemist cosplay and act. We aren't really sure yet, but with all our assignments it might be hard.. but gathering on weekends could be okay. The act will be... what scene? Well, we aren't sure. The first might be a little hard because Edward Elric (I'll play him if we do it) looses his arm while transmuting his mother. And then the alchemy circle glowing...how could we do that? We'll most likely just do a fight scene. ^^
WRITTEN TODAY (WEDNESDAY):
Since this entry was not completley finished, I shall write more.
Ms Liu extended the due date for the Japanese project... *wipes sweat from brow* That's good, eh? And not only that, but I... I'm alowed on the computer until the father gets home, I guess. razz
Homestay. Japanese homestay. Whoop-dee-do! I'm thrilled about this... my parents are deciding about whether we should accomodate a Japanese student this year. I'm pretty excited... last year I decided not to offer homestay because... well, I didn't have the experience. But this year, I quite want to.
They do all this interesting stuff. Like going to the zoo with you (all the Japanese students go to the zoo with their homestay buddies) and also dressing you up in kimonos and dancing, singing... and folding paper cranes for you. Whooah!!! I want to do it! >_< I want to! Muchly!
The assignments will come to a finish soon. A science test was today and it was alright... I was suffering at the hands of 'chemistry' the days before but then I actually read my workbook.... and I understood a bit of it. W00t. It was an okay test. Not too hard but not too easy either. Then we had a Japanese test, which was easier.
When the assignments finish, we will dance in our splendor of auditioning to act the Talent Show day. But... we aren't sure what we'll do... what scene? And the audience... only half of our year are anime buffs, so what about the other half? They won't get our act (Riyoko suggested a parody of FMA, but I feared that the audience wouldn't get where we were coming from, so that idea was scrapped). And when we make our costumes... well, there's a plus. We are going as the FMA team next year, so we could use the costumes then. I'm going to be an Edward Lucie. *big grin* Edward-Ooki, Edward-Ooki. Ooki? That's a nickname I was given on the 'Free Art' boards. ^^ I like it. I am Ooki-ness. heart
