Secrets curling under my tongue.

I want to grab you by your stupid throat.
And kiss you softly..

What a mistake to finally see.
Caught up with what's left of me.
Sorry if it hurt too bad.
Sorry but it's killing me.

I'm taking him,
I'm forgetting you.
I've got some plans to make.
Some decisions to choose.

It is easy and it's true you never do forget your first love. When you come across all the stupid mementos and remember all the dumb things you said it hurts when you see them with someone else. I know because it happened to me for two years. Now I'm gone and I wonder if he misses me like i miss him. Once again, you are as awesome as a little bird!!! Love this poem biggrin
