• The rain falls
As if they were tears from god
They pellet to the ground angrily
Making ants crawl for their lives,
    Birds duck under trees
And furry animals hide under porch decks
    As they all watched

    The world coming down
    In buckets of water
    Drowning everything in sight
Five feet blinded with sheets of crystal drops
    Everything becoming clean

    Evilness washed away
    Spilling down the storm drains
    The landscape becoming pure
As the sun peaks from behind the clouds
Pouring sunshine once again onto the now wet land
    Everything replenished once again
