-
I see you as you sleep.
Many nights do I creep.
Now the time gets very late,
Shall we go on a date?
Why do you not answer your phone?
Must I beat you with a cone?
Who was that girl you were talking to?!
In the shadows does my anger stew.
I burnt your name into my arm.
Why can't you see that I have charm?!
It's okay, I tell myself.
It is best to calm oneself.
I dislike how you ignore my existence.
Your every move I watch from a distance.
I dislike that girl you were smiling at.
Perhaps I will beat her with a bat!
That's your Mom, you say!
With my vengeance she will pay!
I hope you're not frightened by this,
Maybe I will silence you with a kiss?
I sent you a box full of my hair,
My undying devotion do I blare!
Wait a minute...
I think I may have reached my limit.
...
What was that?
You're as sly as a cat.
Your name isn't Chuck Norris?
Here I was singing like a Chorus!
Please disregard this silly rant,
To Chuck I must now go chant.

- i really liked this poem. I like how my tongue clings to each word. Following a uninterrupted flow. I also appreciate the fact that you made something serious like a stalker humorous. Good job 5/5.
