    I am sorry that humanity is a beast
    And that I am a part of that beastiality.
    You are the oldest and wisest of us all,
    Yet we wish to rid your presence from us
    By slowly killing everything you stand for.
    We use you precious resources
    Even though we know they will run out,
    But I suppose that is only because we are tyrants.
    So for this I am sorry,
    But can you, Mother Earth, accept my apology?
