they will unfreeze on their own once gaia receives the money
the freezing policy was put in place due to some people placing orders for GC, getting the GC instantly, and then canceling the payment before gaia got the money
good news is it'll most likely only take 2 weeks before you're fully cleared (only one week for the item to unfreeze) and it only happens with the first purchase from that particular paypal account/credit card.
