I'm standing on the edge
I left you a message to meet me here
To stop myslf from easing my pain
But you're still not here
I fall to my knees crying
Knowing you never cared about me
I stand back up and look over the edge
I can see it's a long way down
And that it's going to be worth falling that far down

I back up for a running start
I run and at the edge, I jump
I feel your fingertips brushing my arm
Just out of your reach
I hear you scream "NO!" as I went over the edge
I hear you scream my name
As I fall downward to whatever is awaiting me
I turn over in the air facing the sky
I see your face reaching for me as if you could catch and save me
I smile knowing you still care
And I jumped too soon
Or else we would be standing together and holding each other
But I know you still care
And that's all I need to move on

Damn, can't tell you how many times I have had this dream. I really liked it though. Good work. I been waitting to wirte something like this for a really long time. But everytime I try to wirte it down on paper or type it up, I always mess up on it. So I'm glad someone got it wirtten down. And that it actelly sounds good. Again good work. ^_^
