    Searching for a clue,
    Among the coral reef,
    Of my dreams beyond belief.

    I swim slowly—
    Unrealistically, unbelievably slowly.
    The fish swim by me,
    I see a colorful one and I smile with glee.

    Deeper and deeper I go,
    The fish swim by, “just go with the flow!”
    Now I see the ocean floor,
    I decide to go explore.

    Something gleams before me,
    I reach my hand out and pull something free.
    It was the key that I lost,
    Sparkling with gloss.

    I carried my treasure,
    So close to the surface that you could measure.
    Suddenly, my dream melts away,
    And I awake to the new morning day.
