• To his friends and family he is knows as Toza Hukari, but to the CATS (Critter Association of Tactical Stealth) He is called Rikahu The Black Cat. Toza (Rikahu) (As some may call him) is your average/not so average 17 year old teen. He was born in Gifu, Japan and attends Ogaki Kita Senior High School. On January 23rd 1999 Tozas house was set on fire accidentally during a midnight riot. His mother was killed and his sister was mysteriously taken. Toza was trapped in the burning house. He passed out from to much smoke inhalation. 12 Hours later He woke up in a small, dark and quite room. He was confused at first, but soon, he had remembered what happened. Before Toza could even shed a tear or get up from the Shiki Futon he was laying on, a mysterious door opened. A female feline had entered the room. She told him her name was Tsuyuki Hanami. Then she told him that what had happened was no accident. Tsu told him that he was suppose to die. Toza didn't understand what he had done or why he was targeted. She then explained that his father was the founder of an organization called CATS (Critter Association of Tactical Stealth) and that he had been killed 2 months ago. Toza didn't believe Tsu and told her that his father went on a business trip 4 days ago. Tsu told him that, that was not his father, but a replacement. She then began to tell him that his mother had been killed in the house fire and his sister has been kidnapped. Toza began to cry uncontrollably and Tsuyuki held him tight. Toza fell asleep in Tsuyukis arms. The next day she told him everything about the organization and list of gangs who may have been responsible for the attack, also for the kidnapping of his sister. She introduced him to the rest of the 17 Ninjas in CATS. Tsu asked Toza if he wanted to join and train under them. He accepted. Soon after that, Tsuyuki gave him a code name. She twisted up his last name (Hukari) and called him Rikahu. Since then, Rikahu (Toza) has become one of the most versatile Ninjas in CATS. He has devoted himself on finding his sister AND keeping a normal looking life. During school he is known as the silly/shy type. Toza has many friends and likes to keep his personal life quite, but it’s quite painful when people ask him what had happened that night. He tells them that it was an accident and he was put into a foster home after that night. Theirs much more to learn about this cat, so stay tuned!
