• The year is 2090, and the country of Reo has gone out of control. The country's image is peace loving, although in reality the country is harsh and full of illusions and the deceit of a false hope that in reality is far from existence. Even though Reo holds all the main necessities to become a great nation, the decisions of the government are lacking in that greatness. Some would say that even some of the laws this country makes are ludicrous.
    In reality Reo's true goal is to slowly eliminate all other countries in order to achieve world domination through the illusion of peace. Having the image of a well prospering country that wants nothing but peace will stir the other nations, making them want to, of course, attack Reo in thinking that they would be weak and easy to conquer. However, they don't know the fact that the country, Reo's, military always has their defense line up ready and waiting for the attacks by other countries. The line of defense is the strongest part of the military in Reo. There has never been a breach in Reo's line of defenses due to the organized laws and government of Reo, even though they have a crazy government.
    The laws state that every citizen in Reo must have one Black belt and two Brown belts in any three martial arts by the time they graduate Middle School. Therefore, by the time they graduate high school it is required that they must be a Black belt in at least five different martial arts, if not more. Another law in the state says if you dye your hair purple, violet or green that you will be punished for attempting to try to resemble a fruit product and you would suffer Chinese water torture. This technique dates back to long, long ago. It has been proven to drive a person towards insanity.
    At U. of R., there is a top secret division called the O.P.A.E. Not much is known about this division in the university, although I can say for a fact that they have a new evolution of the human being. They are called Woteches. The Woteches have the ability to harness and control certain elements in the environment such as water molecules. The strength of their ability depends on how much moisture is in the air. As we know, most of the human body is made up of water so therefore, if the Woteches were to fully master the ability to manipulate moisture in the air, they could kill or control another human being even without touching them. That is all that is known about this particular division.
    Reo is just sitting there, seemingly a quiet, peaceful nation waiting to be attacked, and eventually the other nations will have to come and attack Reo if they want world domination. Basically, the government of Reo thinks this is an easy walk in the park, but they are forgetting how powerful alliances of other nations can be. They also forget that they have to leave Reo to conquer the world, and they could get poned. If the other countries come to them, Reo could pone the other countries. The strategy may be ludicrous, but the outcome can go either way, in favor of Reo or against Reo. After they win each battle at the defense lines, they would brainwash the enemy and send the enemy back to their own country. Then the brainwashed military would cause the fall of their own nation. Of course, what is war, if not a big game of poker? It's all just a big gamble, because Reo may or may not know what the other countries have in store for them.
    Aside from world domination and martial art training, the citizens of Reo also have their daily lives that any normal person would live. Thus, even though Reo is crazed and evil, the people do sing, they do go out to eat. They also have the internet, the media, and a little bit of freedom. Reo will ether succeed in world domination or not the choice is yours.
