Suddenly all was silent and still, all blacking out and nothing could be heard in the silence. The air was stall as if in a cellar or a dungeon, blood stains on the floor around skeletons with spears piercing their rib cages. Was this a nightmare..or Hell? No matter which it was, the matter seemed only to form in question around want, and security. None of which could be answered just yet. The lights were dim and cloudy from dust and dirt. The scent of raw flesh and fresh spilled blood flooded her nose and dizzied her mind.
A feeling as if a barrier was quickly pushed up between her mind and body, separating the two. “W-what's happening? Why is it so cold?” the emptiness was taking over her mind, shunning away the part of her that'd fight back and ultimately be her and the organization's undoing. The connection with her soul was fading to the point of a thread. Weak and about to snap, “Why..why?! So cold..so tired...I...I can't...remember..” The darkness fell in quickly to drown out what light was left to be smothered. The shadows attacking her mind as if rabid Cursed Hounds, touching every corner.
...The stillness and darkness creeping in...
Everything was a hazy blur, colors blending, forms merging and dividing. The scent was intoxicating overwhelming her senses yet her body ached and long for more. This untamed and unsatisfied hunger eager to seek out fulfillment. Her arms stretched out before she rolled onto her back. Arching out from the floor with a gasp of awakening senses, hands tightening as her body tensed.
The sensation of raising from the cold stone floor tingled her soft skin causing her to inhale sharply. High off the floor she flipped into a spin and touched her feet down to the ground in a crouched position. Exhaling then inhale the scent filled air before releasing, her eyes closed focusing on her surroundings.
“Rise puppet, who do you serve?” he had in such a monotone, sounding as if he'd said it a million times before. 'Such an interesting introduction..' all he interested himself in was her abilities.
She stood with her head low, her arms limp at her sides, “..Serve?...” Her head lifted up slowly before her eyes open with a hate filled stare up at him, “I serve...no one.”
Instructor Razuvious appeared speechless before glaring down at the short undead blood elf. Even though so short she seemed mighty full of herself, he continued to then rub his temples, “Another failure....dispose of it-” he ordered to the Acherus Necromancers to his left.
“But sir?-” one began to say before receiving a corner-eye glance. She shrugged it off the chill and raise her hands, “Yes Instructor..” She threw her hands up over her head before green and black magic began to seep from her palms, “Rise ghouls and feast upon the flesh of this being!” she called out in her summoning. Quickly after, five ghouls rose from the ground surrounding Vailith, growling and snarling.
The Instructor smirk thoughtfully, “Feast ghouls! Feast to your hearts content!” before snapping his fingers to complete the order.
“Heart?...You shall have no Heart!” Vailith quickly back flipped as all the ghouls rushed in to attack. Her feet planted well on one of the ghouls' foreheads before launching a spin off into the air above. Flipping into the air a few downward, till touching her feet to the ground before taking off in a sprint heading straight for the Runeforge.
Instructor Razuvious jolted in surprise chasing after the blood elf before the ghouls cut him off, chasing after their meal. “Don't let her get away!” he called after them.
Vailith flipped over a sword stand, spinning out while pulling an iron-rod sword from the stand before landing on her feet with a slide. The sword too heavy for her to hold up, but enough for her to swing and be dangerous with. She stepped off hard with a running stride, dragging half the blade of the sword on the stone floor. Sparks flying from the ground as she sped up, “I will not fall so easily to the likes of you!” She stopped abruptly bracing her body hard as she swung out with the flying blade as a ghoul lunged straight into the swing.
Razuvious stopped in his tracks, stepping back with his eyes wide on the scene before him. The ghoul met an unsightly end, sprawled out on the ground in two halves. Blood splattered across the floor and area around Vailith who was covered in blood patches and spots, still clinching onto the hilt of the sword tightly. The blade was coated in dead blood and pieces of rotting flesh from the ghoul. “She's a monster!” one of the Necromancers called out but Razuvious grinned widely, “She's my chosen, Death Knight.”
A low growl from the inside of Vailith's throat forced the remaining ghouls to go into a frenzy before all rushing at her at once. She stepped hard and pushed forward dragging the heated blade on the stone. She launched into the group of them, pushing up hard to slice up the middle of a ghoul. Not even stopping before taking advantage of the strength to swing around, spraying the blood off the blade. The metal smashed the skull of a ghoul, it's teeth thrown clearly from it's decaying mouth before its mashed head flew off and rolled across the ground.
She twirled into another ghoul, slicing it diagonally to the right shoulder before kicking its lower half away. She quickly dodged the next ghoul and spun around it with some difficulty, sprinting straight toward the Instructor. She drug the iron-rod blade hard against the ground feeling weakened to it's weight. She pulled up hard and pushed the blade higher before swinging jaggedly, “I will never bow!” she let out in a yell before the silence.
“Be silent blood elf..you have proven your point.-” the Instructor said, in one hand he had stopped the huge blade, his other around Vailith's throat, firmly holding her. Her size so puny compared to his stature. He nodded toward the Necromancers who then dismissed the remaining ghoul.
Vailith growled and bit his hand struggling, kicking her legs to get free. “I will not..be in services...to the likes of you,” she spoke harshly, if words had been actions he'd been dead.
He laughed then smirked evilly, “Then we shall break you..till I hear differently..”
