• Lunacy danced gracefully in the sand under the full moon's blue glow. She managed to easily spin on one foot, bending her back into her arc her long hair and ribbons swirling around her in spirals. The night air was filled with her light alluring voice.

"Look at that girl go," marveled a deep attractive voice. "It's a shame I have to be the one to detain her and bring her home." The man stood watching and listening to Lunacy for a few moments longer before ,heaving a regretful sigh, he ran from his hiding spot out into the moon lit dunes.

Lunacy saw the man coming for her and stopped what she had been doing previously and bolted to her left down a massive sand dune the train of her dress making a loud swishing noise. Her heart was beating loudly in head and her breath was coming rapidly in fear. She just needed to make it to the thicket and she'd be safe.

"I don't think so little girl," the man chuckled jumping in front of the poor girl. She stopped and got a good look at her would- be - kidnapper.

He had soft looking blond hair that fell cutely into his almond, multi-colored eyes. His face seem to be structured much like a felines, his features more pronounced. When he smiled is could be seen that he only had one fang.

Luna jerked in surprise. He was exactly the person she'd wanted to escape. "Sorry Calon," she grinned exposing her own fang. "I don't think I'll let you take me so easily." With that Luna yanked two very long daggers from her bodice and charged Calon.

Instead of charging Calon she jumped over him attempting to at least nick him with the knives . Before she even maneuvered her body into a better attacking position Calon grabbed her ankle and smashed her back into the sand in front of him and stepping on her stomach with his thick boots. "What was that supposed to be? An attempt to escape? Pathetic."

Luna glared up at him wishing she could move. When ever someone even touched her stomach she would freeze. Now with Calon's foot stepping on it she could barely breath.

Calon took his foot off of Luna and knelt down by her still paralyzed body. "You'll always be linked to me Lunacy. Now it's time to come back home with me." He pulled something out of his coat and Luna saw it was a light peach colored collar with tiny garnets on it.

Knowing what it was Luna swallowed hard and begged, "Please. Don't put that on me. Or take me with you again Calon."

Calon smiled evilly and slipped his hand under Luna's back and lifted her up some. "I'm afraid I can't do that my darling bride. You are mine," countered the man pressing his lips to Lunacy's. Calon shifted his position and wrapped the collar around the girl's thin neck.

Luna shut her eyes allowing the tears of her loss streak her face. She turned away from Calon's and filled the air with a piercing wail that allowed her power to pulse free and cause the sand to fall and swallow them away.
