• I stared up at the poster of Naruto and Sakura. I groaned at the sight of them looking at each other dreamily.
"I wish I were her." I groaned before heaving myself up out of bed. I glared at my clock.
    6:46
I have some time, I thought
"Angel!" I rolled my eyes as mom stomped up the stairs. "Good, you're up."
"Mom, no need to yell. Neighbours will hear you." I snatched my clothed from wardrobe and stomped my way down the hall and into the bathroom.
"Angy! Where did you put my ipod?" John yelled downstairs.
Great, I thought groggily. "John, I have no idea."
"Angel, give your brother his ipod!" Mom knocked on the door. I quickly undressed myself, entered the bathroom and turned the shower on.
"Mom, can't right now." I hissed at her as she peeped her head through the door. She rolled her eyes and slammed the door shut.
b***h, I whispered low enough for the shower to diguise it.

I headed downstairs to find John in his new so-called 'senior-uniform' -
if you call a pair of old tattered skinny jeans and a black hoodie with red blots of paint to make it look like there was blood - a senior uniform, then I must be going crazy. In his two black nail polished hands was his black ipod shuffle.
"Oh, there you are." He said over his shoulders. "Maril will be here soon."
I stared at his new dyed hair that hung straight over his eyes. A classical emo fringe. Unlike mine, that hung snow white down my back with electric blue streaks. I looked like a goddess.
I raised my left eyebrow to give him my signature "you're wierd" expression.
    "Don't give me that look."
"Since when did Mairl - give you a ride to school?" I was about to add: "She's the devil's diva..." But that would have set him off.
"Since we started to go out. I scored." He murmured, without even taking a glance at me.
Sure. His friends would kill to score me... I thought vainly before sitting down to eat breakfast.

"Hey, babe." John said before giving Marilay Johnson one big soggy kiss.
    Ugh!, I rolled my eyes.
"What's she doing here?" Maril glowered at me and I gave her my signature look. She reacted straight away, scrunching her face to make a sour expression. Her hair was long and straight -as always- and she heavy heavy make up.
If she didn't have such a -extremely- bitchy attitude, she'd be a goth goddess.
"She has a name, you know." I narrowed my eyes at her, giving her the most evil eyes ever.
    "Oh, yeah?" She answered.
"Evangeline... but people call me Angel." I smirked.
"Yeah, well you're in the devil's car so why don't you -"
"Maril, just drive." John spun her around. Maril step on the gas pedal and we went zooming away in her red BMW.

As I entered class, Miss Penelope tsked me. I just ignored it and took a seat beside my best friend, Conner.
His eyes followed me and I grinned, making him smile. His snow white hair -just like mine- had red streaks instead of electric blue.
almost every girl in high loved him. But he never loved any of them. I looked at him curiously and he shrugged.
He was so awsome to hang out with.
"Okay, we will start again..." Miss Penelope glared at me and I smiled inoccently back at her.
"Go on..." I urged. Miss Penelope narrowed her eyes and I grinned back.
"Don't over do it, Angel." Conner warned me.
"Fine." I hated the teacher's guts so much, I just wanted to rip it out.
I couldn't take people with bitchy attitudes, they were always so perfect. They thought they were perfect.
They're nothing but perfect faces in a crowd. Nothing. Useless.
I made myself comfortable for a long and harmless day.
