• Today was a very wonderful day i spent most of it with my 21 year old boy friend then he said we could run away with eachother! and we did now we are driving in his convertible mustang a 21 year old and a 17, it's illegal i know but age is just a number and love means more than age anyway.right now we are driving somewhere in washington where thers nothing but forest for miles everything was perfect until now, out of no where this animal jumped in the middle of the street jon sweved so tht we wouldn't hit it we were in the woods then and he couldn't control the car it was going really fast i looked at jon with panick in my eyes "whats going on?"i barely squeaked out "i don;t know."he said"i can't control the car the brakes not working!!" i looked around it was really dark and the headlight went out..i couldn't feel my hand that jon was holding i pulled it free and felt the blood rush back to it. i was paying so much attention to my hand i didn't notice we were heading right for a tree., at 95 mph, until i heard a big bang and then we were still i screamed then said "what happened?"....no answer "jon what happened?" i turned towards him but it was too dark to see anything i grabbed a flashlight from the glove compartment and turned it on then pointed it at jon then i screamed again"JON!!!" he was covered in blood a branch was stuck through his chest and his head was all bloody "JON!!NO, JON BABE TALK TO ME IF YOU CAN!!" i grabbed his arm and felt his pulse....nothing, i put 2 of my fingers on his throat..nothing. no!!! i sat there next to his dead body and wept hold his hand then i pulled myself together took a deep breath and looked at my watch it was shattered. dammit i thought i looked one last time at jon, a tear trickled down my cheek. i can do this!!i thought, i grabbed more batteries that i had in my purse and got out of the car and walked through the thick undergrowth as i walked i thought of nothing... an hour later i found the street ans right when i was about to fall on my knees i saw someone,but i didn't actually see the person just the sillouette it was dark and the moon outlined the persons body i was sure it was female but it had a tail and cat ears i stared for a minute then took a small deliberate step, i took 2 more little steps and 4 more bigger stepswhen i got close enough to see the face and body i stopped paralized with fear it was wearing harmless black flats and dark blue jeans with a black spagetti strap tank top, the pants has holes in the thigh area and where its skin showed on her thighs were deep cuts with blood streaming from them and her shirt was cut diagnolly to reveal her stomach and more cuts that also streamed blood the shirt also had triangular holes going up its rib cage that revealed a bit to much it was a low cut v-neck and there above her breast were more cuts again oozing blood then i got to its face and there where its eyes should have been were two black holes blood oozing from then she had a cat nose that also oozed blood and on her face were a ton of cuts with blood pouring out of them covering almost her whole face! normally i would have run to it and tried to help it but there was something evil about it that kinda was like an aura around it. i stared at her and it stared at me (if she could see me with no eyes) it broke the silence first"i've been expecting you...allthough you are a little late but you humans are not as fast as us." i looked at her and didn't say anything for a few minutes but then i managed to croak out "you were expecting me?" she answered like it should have been obvious"well,yes!" why...who....what...who are you?" "my name is marcell"she said hapilly "and you are stephanie demetri alverson!" how did she know my name? i thought "how did you know all that no one knows my last name exepth for my boy friend.........but hes dead as of just an hour agao"a tear rolled down my cheek "im sorry hun i could not have him with you sorry this is for you and only you!" before i could say anything i nothiced between her spread out legs there was a knife she was trying to hide it had blood on it and was making a puddle of blood at her feet, she didn't seem to notice the horro struck look on my face "well then ask me some questions then you have a choice to make...sorry i would love to chat but i have things to do and i need to hurry this up." "umm ok yes i have a question..well a couple actually." "oh goody i love questions go ahead ask them!!" "okmy first question is what are you?" "me??" she laughed "im a dark angel not like light angel we are angels of death not angels of life!" i looked at her horified again "ummmm....." i forgot my other question, she cocked her head to the side but didn't say anything..oh yeah i remembered "what happened to you?" she looked at me confused "what do you mean dear?" you have cuts and blood all over you!!"i looked over her body again to make sure i wasn't seeing things, and sure enough there they were the bloody cuts all over her body."oh!!"she said "oh, silly we are made like this we have different kinds though you would call them species like the species of an animal but instead its the species of an angel..dark angel of course, you get to pick when you choose to become one of us, i chose this one because they are extinct and they are the less bloody of the dark angels!" wink she smiled a nice friendly smile, if that was less bloddy what was the most bloody, i thought , she looked at me and said"do you have any more questions?" i thought for a second and shook my head "no i don't think so" "good then it is time for you to make a choice you have 2 choices...1.) you have a choice to become one of us...a dark angel and 2.) you have the choice to be killed..by me of course.. it is your time dear make a choice and make it fast because if you don't i will pick for you and i do not think you will like my choice!" i looked at her and said, "why" "honey you have asked you're questions its time for you to make a choice" i looked at the ground and said "neither ." "that wasn't one of the choices hun." still looking at the ground i thought of nothing. "times up dear, now i get to choose for you." she stepped towards me and raised the knife she was holding i backed up and then bumped into someone i looked behind me and there she was, what how did she get there so fast i looked over and there she was i looked back and forht like a stupid person and relized that she was in two places her eyes or holes were glowing a faint red color and when she said "times up." and laughed the sweet beautifule velvet voice was now disorted and ugly. i was stuck inbetween them and there was no way i was going back into the forest. i closed my eyes tight and waited for the knife to slice through my heart when there was a noise in the woods to my right i opened my eyes an looked over then i looked at her, she was backing up away from me, i looked behind me and the other one of her was gone the glow left her eyes and her knife was behin her legs again she looked at the forest with an unreadable expression right then i thought what is it?...........................................................
