• Chapter One: The first dream

Have you ever had the same dream more than once.I have.
Its not an every once and awhile dream Though its everyday in fact.Never a different detail.
Ever since my grandma past away ive had it always the same,
and on my 13th birthday something happened. It changed.
Since im telling you something so personal I should tell you my name first.
Im Sabrina Moon im a 13 year old 7th grader at Cloud Jr. High in Japan.
My Best friends are Marin,Curon,Leah,Shelly,Coal,Ashley, and Brad.
I have Brown Hair with blond and red in it alittle chunky and have Purple eyes and wear a silver key necklace.
I have a good personality Funny, sarcastic, and charming with a little sass.
I have a golden necklace given to me by my grandmother who had lived in Japan.
My mother would let me visit during the summer.
One summer we went the a shrine we had bought using some extra money.
We'd have a picnic and talk about dreams we would have during the time i had normal dreams.
I was five the last time I went.Grandma got sick that summer.
I would help her around the house and with chores and one night it got worse.
She stayed the whole day inside that morning and told me to stay outside her door.
Then she called me in that night and told me to open her closet and grab a box in the corner.
I stood over top of her she told me to sit down and lay the box in front of me.
I hadn't looked at the box yet but she told me to it had my name on it for some reason.
She opened it it had a Golden Key shaped necklace in it and she told me to put it on.
I put it on then grandma told me to never take it off.
I asked why then she told me a story About a girl named Ruby.
She told me that Ruby was the first girl to own the necklace.
And that ruby had the same dream until she was thirteen and then disappeared.
The police found ruby in a cherry blossom tree holding on to the necklace with both hands.
Ruby had told the police an animal had taken her to a place in her dreams and that everything else.
Was a blur to her from this day police don't know what happened to her and neither do I.
Grandma had past away that night telling me in her will i was left all rights to everything.
So we moved into grandmas old house two weeks later.
The first time i went to visit grandmas grave I was shocked by what it said.
It had said "Here Lies RUBY CARIN" I never thought to much about the story until my thirteenth birthday.
