- To change skin & eyes (without losing your items), go to "Customize Avatar" & "Delete Avatar". It will tell you about how you won't lose your items by doing it this way. You can then remake the avatar, but then you'll have to buy the hair again afterward. Anyway, this is a cute avi, but it's a pretty plain cosplay to do. Maybe you can add more items to show her personality more. Also, consider trying to see what the Bao item looks like on her.

- I also have no way to change the eyes that I know of and none of the items give the right eyes for Chibiusa.

- Yes, Pegasus/Helios did have a horn. Only in the manga was Helios seen with a small red jewel on his forehead. Other than that, I can see where you might get confused.
