Wrong arena. Cosplay needs a reference image, otherwise anyone can dress up as anything and say it's something. But without a reference image, people won't know who/what you're cosplaying.
And yes, there are angels in various anime. I've seen a lot. But I haven't seen any that look like this. Provide a reference? - Report As Spam
