Description:
Marta Lualdi is the lead female protagonist of Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the New World.
Marta is a young girl bearing the core of Ratatosk, the Lord of Monsters, embedded in her forehead. She is accompanied by the Centurion of Darkness, Tenebrae. Marta meets Emil in Luin, though she vaguely remembers him because he saved her during the Blood Purge. Marta holds strong feelings for Emil, often getting jealous whenever he gets close to the other female cast members.

- @Toki: Thanks for the suggestion. Her hair is not blonde. It's orangish-brown and it's not twin tails.

This might be just me and my derpy eyes, but it looks like she has twintails. So, I suggest The Sandman for the blonde-twin tails.
