- I don't see any rules about how to draw chibis properly, i think anyone can define a chibi theirselves. Like, IMO, chibis are smaller, they have their heads 1/3 of the body, but i sometimes make bigger chibis aswell :1. Some people say it's less than 3 heads. Some people say it's more than that, but it's all right. Frankly i agree with you, proportion nazis should STFU and GTFO when it comes to chibis.(i've heard way too much from them aswell =.=)
