Ever feel you could improve on something? Or manage/create something better? Had that thought of "Well, if I had the resources, I could do it!"

I do. Constantly. But the thing that escapes me is information. As GI Joe says, Knowing is half the battle (Violence is the other half.) I'd love to make so many things, but I don't know quite how to go about doing it. I'd like to create a forum dedicated to this idea of people who know stuff imparts knowledge of how to do stuff (Responsibly.) But, How do I go about getting people to join, even responsible people? And students? I guess this is how colleges got started. But, Any ideas? -crickets chirp- Guess not...
