This sucks.
On Friday I invited my good friend Squirrel over as usual ^^ For about two weeks my alchoholic step-dad was gone somewhere to get some money, so I figured it'd be great to have her over seeing that he wasn't there to complain about anything that we did.
With the luck I have, however, he had to come home the day I invited her.
So we went down stairs to get some hot cocoa out of boredom and a need for sugar, and I saw my step-dad sitting on the couch, as drunk as I'd ever seen him. Scared the crap outta me. So I immediately went up stairs and hid under the covers. Squirrel didn't even see him XD
But, anyways, she was supposed to stay until eight, but Mom knocked on my door and said, "Let's go!"at seven. I asked why and got no answer, which usually means that my step-dad was being a money-obsessed drunk b*****d again.
We got in the car, drove Squirrel home, and visited her house. From what my mom was saying on the phone, Joe (meh step-dad) asked her if she made any money. Yes, she did, she made $2, 400. Then he asked where she put the money and she didn't answer because she put it into her own bank account so he wouldn't spend it on beer and cigarettes. Of course, he went into his cussing fit and started screaming at her that she could have everything in the house and that he was leaving for good (yay!)
So we hung out at Squirrel's while my mom went home with the police to guard her as she got some vitals that we needed (well, he said he was leaving. He actually didn't gonk ). We spent the night at my grandmother's house and so on...but it really sucks because mom only got the vitals. Yeah, she got my laptop, but it had 2 minutes left of power so now I'm using this friggin' Windows XP Gateway. Grah...
Oh, I'm mad really because she didn't get Guitar Hero, so now I can't play it here at my dad's house XD (I went from Grandma's to Dad's because it's the weekend). So, yeah. This sucks, I'm bored sad
*slaps herself for whining over stupid things*
Yeah, sure. I can be mad at a drunk guy who thinks that we had a hurricane the other night (we didn't--it was a thunderstorn 0_o) but I'd rather be mad at not being able to play meh Guitar Hero II.
