Bio: Mitsuki is the long lost mother of Kisara. An enigma in Kasara's life, very little was told to her, except the phrase 'Your mother may not be here now...but she loves you very much.' used by her father Joshua. Information about her is kept in Joshua's jornal which he has kept over the years, and the pages have yet to be seen by Kisara's eyes.

Personality wise, Mitsuki is a soft-spoken, loving, and caring woman. Her love for her husband and daughter is unparralleled, and she is not afraid to speak her mind. Though married, she shows more respect towards women due to an event in her past, yet Joshua was the only man she ever truly loved and respected. Next to her father and grandfathers, of course. Though she may seem weak, and not posess much of a temper, she posesses a tough exterior, nor does she eaily give in. She and Kisara share many personality traits, such as being untrusting of others whom they feel suspicious of.

Mitsuki was born in Kyoto, Japan, to a young couple; Her mother, being Japanes, and her father, American, such follows with Kisara's parents as well.
Her mother, coming from a traditional family, and her father a photographer, met one spring day when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom.
In her earlier years, Mitsuki lived the life of a typical Japanese citizen, however, followed after her mother in customs and often wore a traditional kimono. Though she had grown accustomed to American culture, as told by her father, Mitsuki preferred that of the Japanese lifestyle. They lived within a traditional household, and had alot of money. Like her daughter, Mitsuki possessed a mischeivous streak, but unlike Kisara, had more control over her actions. She was taught to be polite, kind, and honest, and always show respect to those around her.
Before she was born, her mother was within an arranged marriage, however, not in ove with the man she was bethroded to, convined her parents to allow the American man she met marry. Mitsuki was born two years later on the same day the two had met.
Since the day she learned, Mitsuki always had a love for song, it was her dream to sing and express the way she felt. However, her parents were more concerned with her education. Mitsuki, in short, was not the sharpest crayon in the box. Her grades were averge-sometimes below, and she didn't have many friends either. Though this did not bother her for she had song.

Mitsuki also faced a hard time in her past. When she was 14, one of her teachers nearly raped her, however, fortunately a classmate of hers came in time before anything could happen. Because of this event, Mitsuki hated men, despising them and refusing to ever come in contact enough to form a relationship. Unlike most women in Japan who never said a word of their rape due to shame, a cultural problem which still exists Mitsuki was not afraid to stand up for herself and allow the man to do the same to anymore innocent girls. Though her justice was served and the man was arrested, her mother urged her to look for someone, unlike her grandparents, her mother did not arrange marriage for her.
Through most of her life she was single, she even turned down the offers of friends who had long-time crushes on her. What was so great about having a boyfriend anyway? With those attempts off her scedule Mitsuki reached for her goal as a singer, however, on the day of the tryouts she lost her voice. This was a huge breakdown in her life. She went into a temporary depression, and while she could sing again, her chance at making it big were ruined. Since singing would be a difficult goal, she decided to take up the oppertunity of being an artist. As much as her mother told her to follow her dreams, she felt Mitsuki should work to have a high paying job. Her father, on the other hand, allowed Mitsuki to take her own choices despite he was often oversees for business.

Another option taken was a nurse. Unfotunately Mitsuki was lazy and cut back on her studies.
Most of her time was spent praying at the nearest temple, where the best season there was spring. She grew to love the cherry blossoms so much that she never cared for any other season. She prayed for good fortune and a happy future and, surprisingly, to fall in love. Along with this she wished, if having a child, for him or her to have a happy future and live the life they wanted.
Since she was a child, she followed many diciplines by her mother, such as Mai, the style of traditional dance which developed in the 17thy century Tokugawa cultural period.

School being stressful enough, Mitsuki now 17, struggled to raise her grades in order to make her mother proud, yet her mother, unlike most parents, never expected much except for her child's happiness. Mitsuki had opened up from her fear of men and even considered dating, but it was something she still felt uncomfortable with. When she turned 20, Mitsuki left after graduating highschool to visit her father whom was currently of his homeland of America. Knowing english, yet had some difficulty speaking, and the fact that she did not know how to act in American culture, Mitsuki sometimes wounde up making a fool of herself. Of course, she didn't care what others thought.

One day while out on the town, Mitsuki was caught within an accident invloving a car. She went into a temporary coma for 5 months, spending the whole time at the nearest hospital where she met Joshua. After waking up, and meeting in the young surgeon, the two began to spend much time together while Mitsuki recovered. She told him stories of her childhood and her homeland, and how much she loved to sing. Often times she would sing to people in the hospital, for she had an amazing voice.
However, Mitsuki's body had slightly weakend due to the accident, and she had a tendency to get sick often during the winter. Joshua did not hesitate to care for her, and eventually Joshua proposed, and the two were married. A year later Kisara was born, Mitsuki overjoyed as she had always wanted a daughter. She even had future plans to take her back to their homeland, and visit her family. Kisara, sporting black hair like her parents, was the spitting image of her mother.
Mitsuki spent much time at home growing close to her child, singing a lullaby which had been played to her by her own mother. Although Kisara was growing into a wild one, it only reminded Mitsuki of her brother, Keiichi, who was living up to his dream as an actor. She taught Kisara her native language, as well as English, learning at a moderate pace. She was the ideal mother, as many saw her, but she never flattered herself. A lullaby was often sung to her daughter. A calming yet somewhat ominous tune.

As happy as the family was, Mitsuki was forced to make a decision and leave her beloved husband and daughter. Though as painful as it was to both her and Joshua, she only did it for their safety.
