Especially Not For You!

I Hear Them Walking,
They've Got A Gun!

I Want To Keep My Feathers!
I Really Want To Live!
I Know That It's Thanksgiving,
But Get Another Turkey To Give!

I've A Family Of My Own,
And I'm Not Killing Birds!
Instead I'm Getting Worms,
And Eating All Three Thirds.

But You Waste Us Birdies,
You Leave Us There To Rot.
You Feed Us To Your Dogs And Cats,
Whom Over Us They Fought.

I'll Bite And Scratch And Gobble,
Until You Go Away.
I'm Really Not In The Mood To Die,
At Least Not Today.

DON'T YOU POINT THAT GUN AT ME!
Or I'll annoy 'Till I'm Cooked!
I'll run around House in Death!
You Evil Turkey Crook!

You're Gonna Stick That Stuff In Me?!
And You’re Gonna Put It Where?!
I'm Sorry But I Really Don't Want,
Bread Shoved Up There.

Wow, It's Getting Hot In Here,
Where Did My Feather Go?
I'd Rather Have It Winter,
At Least There'd Be Snow.

Don't Poke Me With That Knife!
Did I Say I Had A Death Wish?
Why Can't It Be Another Bird?
Or Even A Flying Fish?

Us Turkeys Don't Like It,
When You Kill Us Without A Plea.
And Nothing's Changed That,
Especially Not For Me!

Now I'm On The Table,
In 13 Different Places.
Sitting On Some Plate,
And Being Stuffed Into People's Faces.
