a charater i'm coming up with from a drawing and my sig....

Name: Liberi Glacialis, Prince of Ice and Snow
Alias: Jeral, Glacialis
Race: Spirit-bound human
Description: A lean, muscular man in his 20s, Glacialis looks ready to take anyone on. He has nothing outstanding about him, save a frost latace covering his hands, and short, snow-white hair. His eyes are the color of the sky before a blizzard, and just as harsh.
Weapons: Though trained in blunt weapons of all kinds, Glacialis carries the forked sword Frozen Glory, a blade seemingly shaped of ice.
Equipment: Glacialis wheres a black body suit, a pair of snowboard pants over that, a black vest, and a black scarf over the bottom of his face. Glacialis where gloves to prevent him from being picked out because of his tattoo, and the gloves stop the magic of his hands. He carries little, usually only a pack with food and some gold.
Magic: because of his Spirit-bound state, Glacialis can cast spells dealing with ice. He has a few magics that are uncontrollable by him, however...
Bio: The prince of a kingdom of cold, Glacialis was not put above all others in the kingdom when he was born. The kingdom was tough, and only those who could surive could do anything there. He was taught how to fight, cook, clean, and much more during his years in the castle. He was told to go see the world when he turn 21, and he did. He lost his way in a blizzard soon after, but survived, by luck more then anything. He had a shelter, but not one set for the cold of the storm, for they had expected to strike much later. He got it up before the storm, but half way the blizzard, a spirit came, a spirit of ice. He helped the spirit, not knowing what it was, and later, while Glacialis slept, returned the favor. It bonded itself to Glacialis, granting him magics of ice and snow. His eyes changed color, and the tattoo over his hands are because of this. Over the coruse of 3 years, he figured out his magic, and his curses....
Adavtages: Ice magic, blunt weapon master, connections, Inadvertant magics
Disadvantages: Hands freeze what ever they touch, Inadvertant magics, heat gets to him

Spells:

Inadvertant: Glacialis can see through snow storms, and the cold doesn't effect him as much. His hands, when uncovered, freeze what ever they touch.

Normal(cause no problems and works anywhere): Conjure Ice (lets him conjure a blunt weapon of ice, or armour made of ice), Conjure Snow(brings forth a snowball), Black Ice (freezes ground in front, causing poeple to slip and fall)

Advanced (cause problems wih other spells, may not work in hot places): Conjure Storm (brings forth a nor'easter or blizzard, takes time, prevents Silacirm), Silacrim (creates snowy copies of caster, prevents Conjure Ice, works only in cold), Frost Cone (freezes air in cone shaped blast, weakens Conjure Storm, prevents Conjure Snow)

Name: Frozen Glory
Type: sword (special)
Description: A 4' blade, seemingly made from ice, that forks at the end in twain. Strange to wield, it's no good at making jabs. It can, however, be use well for tripping and disarming
Powers: When put into fire, it usuallies puts them out. It also lowers the effectiveness of fire spells flung at the wielder.
Other: An hierloom of the kingdom, Glacialis does NOT want to lose this.
