The Lies She Wrote
Lost within the deep confines of her mind, the girl wrote about her life as best she could. Despite the fact that over half of what she wrote was a total and complete lie. [no, that doesn't apply to me...]
The Sad, Sad Truth
If only life would last forever, if only the wild could be seen as hope and love. If only there were answers to all these questions, If only the world thought of peace instead of hate.

The young girl, who looked as if she was 14 or 15 when she was only 13, looked from her desk onto the small television screen. Her hazel eyes looked with horror as the screen displayed a picture of these so called men, killing a poor once wild mustang. She turned her head away with horror, her eyes filling with tears. How could these 'men' kill the only true symbol of this country that we live in. Her teacher that looked to be 35 or 36 but was really 54, came and sat by her desk. There were others in the room, others that cared for the wild horses and wanted to see the peice from the news. The girl closed her eyes, trying to clear her eyes so no one would know. That was the hard thing of being her, she could never stop her emotions from coming out, most of the time at school, when she would be upset by someone or something, she would have to write it down in her green journal. No one could know or see the secret life she lived and how she was tortured everyday, by the same people. Behind her eyes she saw herself, her golden-bronze hair flipping in the wind, she looked down at her once hands and saw hooves of a horse, she looked around and saw that the mustangs were being herded into a trailer that smelled of blood and fear, the girl turned mustang looked around. They were going to be sent to death. She shook her head and opened her eyes. She did not notice that the tears were now flooding her desk top. She held her head high and went outside of the room to write, for as long as they stayed inside, the students of that writing class could travel anywhere. She wanted to be alone, where no one could find her and she would truly be inspired to write. She found it and it was in the girl's bathroom, she spent a lot of her time in there, in the same place. no one understood her and she seemed to be the outcast, even though she had friends, they didn't even know what was going on with her. The young girl never told anyone how her life worked and what goes on in it. She was to shy or to embarrassed to tell anyone.

This is an actual TRUE story of what happened to me, not to long ago, and it is still in effect, I still go hide in the bathroom to write.
