sweatdrop I swear, sometimes I forget I even have a journal on here. Don't know what I should write about in this entry...Last entry was quite a few months ago. Guess I'll make it be an update on what's happened since then. First, the brother situation. He and his gf returned to the US in...June/July, one of those months, after quite a few things happened, mostly because of him. We all warned my mother about keeping a close eye on him and not letting him take advantage of her, but of course, my mom being Mom, she refused to listen to anyone's advice. True to his personality, my brother ended up stealing money three times, each one more serious than the last. First time, he stole $50 from my mom's purse that was supposed to be for some documents she needed. She found out, but just lectured him about it(lecturing him never does anything) and she thought that was the end of it...Boy, was she wrong. Since at the time, she was handling my grandparents' finances, it meant that she was the holder of my grandfather's credit card and would make trips to buy them groceries. On one said trip, my brother stole $300 from them and my grandmother confronted my mom about it. My mom defended him, saying they were lying and that my brother is a changed man. This part, I can't explain. It dumbfounds me to no end. She told my brother the PIN to my grandfather's credit card. Stupidest mistake she has made yet. Now that he had the PIN, if he got the card, he could start making withdrawals from the account, and so, that happened. His withdrawals over a month totaled $2,000. My mom found out because she saw some transactions that weren't made by her and started investigating. There was a bit of a clash between her and my brother because of it and she told him they had to leave her house, that what he had done(and also his gf, by keeping quiet) was a complete destroyer of the trust she had in him. Some time after that, they returned to the US and I have him blocked on Facebook due to some things he said and continuously picking fights with me over stupid things. I didn't want to do it since he's my brother, but his actions were inexcusable. Other events include my relationship with my mom returning to the rocky status and then...Hoho, then...My dad met this woman on Facebook(I'm still fuzzy over the details since what he told me is confusing) and they struck up a friendship. Eventually, they met up somewhere and the days after, they would talk over the phone for hours. I found it weird as hell because my dad isn't the type to be on the phone for hours with anyone. I kept an eye on him and eventually caught him saying things that couples do. I finally confronted him about keeping it a secret from me and he apologized, saying he just didn't know how I'd respond if I found out he found a lady friend. Told him it was fine with me, that a long time ago, I said he could find himself a girlfriend and I wouldn't mind. His girlfriend is nice and all...not throwing the blame on her or anything, but my dad has been kinda neglecting his father role and it's definitely affected our relationship. I lashed out because of it and that kept people away for the obvious reasons. Once it was brought to my attention, I adjusted my behavior and am trying my best in fixing this. Problem is, it just seems like my dad isn't doing his part. I really hope this can be solved somehow. That's about it. Haven't really drawn anything lately since I'm suffering from an emotional artist's block, if that makes any sense. I do have ideas for things I'd like to draw, but I gotta get motivated to do it first! Anyway, thanks for reading this and I wish you all a lovely day!
