And now, just one day left.Phew...glad it's almost done. >< I don't think I can take another Typography class.If I have to hear the "You need to take risks" or "Be passionate about yor work" speeches again, I will die.I'm sorry I don't have tattoos, piercings or have done something insane that would get me locked up in jail.That's just not the kind of person I am.And maybe at some point in my life, I'll get a tattoo.Now's just not the moment to do it.And the passion thing...Look, typography doesn't interest me much.I swore to myself that I wouldn't pretend to force myself to like something I hate and that's what's going on.I do the work, but no passion.Not on the letter aspect.I'm more of the kind of person to do the drawings around the letters and such, not design the letters and words themselves.So to finish up, three alphabets are done:diamonds, mint candy and technologic(ironically inspired by Technologic.Thank you, Daft Punk!).Technologic's the one I chose for the poster.It's supposed to be based on our drawings or something along the lines of 'Express Yourself'.I showed the professor whatever drawings I happened to have with me at the moment(no classes that involved drawing, thus no drawing pad).Most happened to be some animals I drew(nightmare animals) and she said I could do something about a zoo.So zoo it is.Though I decided on changing the name.Frankly, just naming it my zoo doesn't sound very catchy...So it's going to be called The Nightmare Zoo.Yep, The Nightmare Zoo.
