Magical Pets Cafe
Introduction
There is said that among the human world live strange, magical creatures who rarely commune with others not of their kind. There were goblins, ghouls, trolls, nymphs and many others, but most importantly, there were fairies. They live everywhere, from forests to lakes to mountains. In one forest colony, there lived a fairy called Luna. She was like every other fairy, kind, good hearted, and willing to help those in need. But she grew tired of her surroundings and after discussing it with the other villagers, she finally managed to get permission to leave. Gathering her possessions and saying farewell to the colony, she took off with her pet angel puff, Zwiggy, to live in a city where magical creatures of all kinds lived in harmony. Luna had just one wish and that was to open a cafe that would welcome any that entered it. Before she had left the forest, she had bought an old building that she inmediately turned into the cafe of her dreams once she had arrived to the city.
The building was composed of two floors: the first being the cafe, and the second being her apartment. Luna had been working hard at preparing the cafe, organizing the tables, coming up with the menu, making sure the place was presentable. After spending days on making it look perfect, she thought that she had everything done and that it was time to open. On a sunny day, she felt it was the perfect time and she put a large sign with "Magical Pets Cafe" written on it. She stood outside with Zwiggy next to her and stared at the sign, hoping for the best.
"The gran opening is finally here...I'm so nervous..."
"Poo!"
On the other side of the street, a dark figure observed Luna carefully, an evil glare in it's eye. It clutched a fist high into the air and laughed to itself.
"Hehehe...Seems we've found the first prey of the day, eh, Dante? Let's have some fun!"
Luna was watching her cafe and was about to write down some notes when, out of nowhere...
"KYAAA!!!"
"EEK!"
Luna fell to the ground and rubbed her head, feeling a large bump. She groaned and tried to stand up, but the pain was too much. She heard laughter coming from behind her and she recognized it. It could only have been one person.
"Oh, Bela, it's you...Ooowwww..."
"Got you good, Luna!"
Zwiggy floated over to Luna and tried to help her get up, but she was too heavy for him. Next to Luna was a small creature that looked like a cat with horns and goat legs with small, bat wings on it's back. It watched Zwiggy closely and licked itself in amusement. Bela floated down toward Luna and put her hands on her hips, mocking Luna. Luna got up, still holding her head and cried a little.
"Already crying? My mission is complete! Dante, let's find our next target!"
"Why did you have to do that, Bela? That wasn't nice, not at all.And I was just about to unveil the grand opening of the Magical Pets Cafe."
"The Magical what now?You never told me about this!"
"Of course not...It wasn't ready yet, but today...today's the grand opening and I can finally reach my dream of owning a shop where magical creatures and their pets can commune with each other in a peaceful environment!"
"Peaceful?Pff, peaceful's not fun!...Uh, I mean, yeah, peaceful.Peaceful's great!"
"Oh, Bela, if only you could understand.Well, I must be getting busy!It's the first day and I have a feeling it's going to be full!"
Luna then went inside, opening the doors to allow anyone who was interested to come in and relax. Bela watched as slowly, creatures of various kinds went in to see what was going on. She became interested too, though in a different manner.
"This could hold possibilities, Dante, many possibilities...Let's be off!I have plans of mischief to make!"
