With a roll of his shoulders Wilhelm walks down the ramp keeping using his wrench like a cane the smoke shooting out of the ramp’s edges randomly like steam from a pipe, he nods his head randomly towards the crowd before moving to the ring. Climbing up the steel steps he steps in through the second rope; in the center of the ring he raises the wrench high in his fist inciting more cheers or boos then bring it down to lift the helm of his hat revealing his face completely with a wink.

Grinding gears (schwein-variant) - Puts his dazed opponent into position for an over the shoulder belly to back piledriver, from there he can pull their legs into a figure four lock and drop
Finisher: Reverse gory special bomb. -Sweeping his opponent onto his back, back to back and upside down, he pulls against their legs and bends before taking hold of their wrists and dropping down.
Building up Steam- (Cut–throat backbreaker rack dropped into a piledriver) Catching his dazed opponent from behind he takes one of the opponent's arm and pulls it over crossing their throat while reaching between their legs elevating them onto his back he jolting them before swinging them around for a sitout piledriver.
Gimmick: A dapper steampunk gentleman. (heel) still in steampunk but now a mad man obsessed with seeing how much the human body can endure.

Entrance Moves: The lighting around the ring and arena takes on a sepia tone with one golden light focused on the center of the stage. The sound of a music box grinds out as red smoke resembling steam billows from the stage as Astrid rises rotating slowly from the center stage like a doll on a music box holding either her fan or a tattered parasol. The rotating stops with Astrid facing towards the ramp.
“From Chapel Hill, North Carolina, She is Astrid Taylor the doll!”
Soft lights illuminate the ramp as Astrid slowly walks down twirling her parasol behind her or fanning herself. Hitching up her skirt and steps onto the apron. Turning to look over her shoulder at the camera behind her she gives a small wiggle of her hip before pulling her skirt off and tossing it aside. Stepping into the ring from the second rope she walks to the center of the ring closing her parasol/fan.

Against the ropes- Stunt Rider Stretch - Forcing her opponent over the second rope Astrid mounts their back and reaching over the top rope wrenches her opponent's arm out and then backwards while applying more pressure onto their back.
Signature Moves:
Marionette (Queen Angelito Stretch/Scorpion Crosshold)-The basic set up for a sharpshooter, instead of securing the legs and laying on the pressure she grabs hold of her opponent's arms and lifts her off the mat, leaning back and holding the lock in.
Finisher:
Winding up- (Cutthroat hammer lock stretch to a slam) - Catching her dazed/groggy opponent from behind she takes one of her opponent's arm and pulls it over crossing their throat while twisting the other behind them. Holding onto both arms by the wrist she elevates her opponent onto her shoulders jolting them for a submission, if they refuse to tap she swings through with the momentum slamming them down onto the mat.
Gory bomb-back to back release facebuster. With a kick to the gut Astrid flips her opponent onto her back hooking their legs then grabbing hold of their arms. Pulling on their arms while walking around and jolting a bit to play it up for the fans while inflicting a bit of a backbreaker she releases the arms of her opponent taking hold of their legs while dropping to a seated position, forcing her opponent to fall face first into the mat.
Gimmick: A steampunk inspired doll. As a heel she’s a broken/damaged doll in darker clothing.

I haven't really thought of a bio for them. I just know how I want them to be with one another.
In reality they are fraternal twins as loving and close siblings, their 'dependency' on one another might be something of a problem given how they may rely on one another in and out of the ring. It might have caused some social development issues.
In the world of their face gimmick- Astrid is a 'doll' made to be Wilhelm's sister. Steampunk travelers of time and space what the hell they are doing here and now wrestling is a mystery.
As heels- Astrid ended up 'broken' and it drove Wilhelm insane going from a simple steampunker to a mad man of sorts. He spent some time 'fixing' his sister, a procedure that if anyone stumbled upon would have heard the usually silent Astrid screaming in pain and begging her brother to cease. He would go a few matches without her saying he needed more study and 'parts' to fix her, he would even randomly attack others to break them like they broke her.
Once fixed Astrid would return, still a doll only baring 'cracks in her skin' her face a small smile but her eyes are hunted and filled with the memory of what has transpired by the hands of her brother. Perhaps Wilhelm had instilled his madness into her for she is just as sadistic as he and stays by his side.
