Training
"Training day's here.Is it really necessary, Axel?", Roxas asked, "I mean, isn't being out completing missiobs enough?"
"It's not for you, it's for Rixa.", Axel said, "I'm afraid she's lost her touch after being in recovery these last few days."
"No, I haven't!", Rixa yelled, "What gave you that idea?!?"
"Lil Sis has lost her touch.", Axel mocked, summoning his chakrams, "Poor Lil Sis."
"Axel, don't be so mean.", Xion said, "That's not nice."
"Oh, that is the last straw!", Rixa yelled, summoning her sword, "You asked for it!"
"Oh no, what shall I do?", Axel mocked, turning his back to Rixa, who was charging directly at him, "I'm so helpless!Whatever shall I-"
Rixa tackled him to the floor with all ther might, sending them slamming against the wall.Axel groaned from the force of impact, pushing Rixa off him and lifting himself up.He stood prepared for her next attack, taunting her to charge again.She stood up and began to circle him, staring at him straight in the eyes.Roxas and Xion watched, prepared to step in if they went too far, which seemed to be closing in.Both of them observed each other's movements, Rixa circling, Axel standing in place.He suddenly smikred and sent a fireball directly at her.She blocked it, but Axel had charged at her after it dissipated.He attacked her faster with each move, not holding anything back.She tripped and struggled to breath, almost unable to keep up with him.She grew angry at herself for being weak, closing her eyes in frustration.She suddenly heard a voice in her head, whispering something to her.
"Change your weapon to mimic his movements.It will be easier to defeat him if you do so."
Grabbing her sword and pulling it close to her chest, she closed her eyes and concentrated her energy on it.It changed into a dark-blue pair of chakrams, which surprised her.Only once had she been able to copy another member's weapon and that had been a long time ago.Picking them up, she stood up and blocked Axel's attack.He was surprised to see her wielding chakrams, just like he was, but he didn't let it ruin his focus.They charged one another, blocking each other's attacks without being able to land a single hit.Rixa stopped moving and threw one of her chakrams into the air.Axel looked up at it and saw it change back into her sword.
"What the-"
Shethrew her remaining chakram at him, grabbing her sword when it was close to her and slashing at Axel.He managed to block the chakram, but the slash got him straight in the chest.Roxas and Xion screamed, thinking that Rixa had killed Axel.They ran to him as he lay on the floor, unmoving.Rixa chuckled and laughed to herself, walking toward Axel.
"Relax, you two.If you look closely, I didn't cut him.", she said, "I hit him with the back of my sword."
"It still hurt, Lil Sis.", Axel groaned, lifting himself up, "That thing's heavy as hell."
"I told you I hadn't lost my touch."
"Don't you two do something like that again!", Roxas and XIon yelled in unison, "We thought you killed him!"
"I don't die easily.", Axel groaned, rubbing his chest, "Not even Rixa can kill me unless she puts up a good fight, like she did today."
"And I always will, Axel."
"Till you kill me."he said jokingly, patting her on the head.
