Music Lessons with Demyx

"Now Rixa, we have to go again, but I talked with Demyx.", Axel said, "He'll be staying and keeping you company today."
"And we'll have fun, won't we?", Demyx smirked, "Just you, me and my sitar."
"Fine...But promise you'll come back as soon as you can.", Rixa said, "Ok?"
"Allright.I promise.", Axel said, hugging her an walking toward the portal, "And no slacking off, Demyx. She needs to be watched."
Demyx groaned quietly, but nodded "Yes" as Axel left.He turned to look a Rxa, who was looking around the room.Saix wasn't around, so she thought he was probably recovering from his wounds as well. She didn't remember much from the day he attacked her, just the berzerk look in his eyes.
"Now, we just sit and relax.", Demyx sighed, sitting down on one of the sofas and grabbing his sitar, plucking some of the strings, "And a bit of music wouldn't be too bad."
"I don't need your sitar playing.", Rixa said, pulling out her ear phones, "I have my own."
"Oh, come on!You'll never learn real music if you're always listening to that.", Demyx said in a sing songy voice, playing his sitar, "Now sit, and listen to me play."
Rixa sat down, groaning at having to listen to Demyx play instead of her own music, but she put a fake look of joy.Demyx closed his eyes and kept playing, plucking each string in a melody.Rixa began to grow bored, staring out the window and watching the clouds pass by.Demyx noticed and stopped playing. He turned her around and handed her the sitar.
"You're going to play now!"
"What? But I don't know how to play this thing!"
"Try to feel the sitar through your fingers.", Demyx said, putting his hands in an air guitar position, "And play what comes to your mind."
"Last I checked, we were Nobodies. We DON'T feel.", Rixa groaned, "And I don't want to play."
"You WILL play.", Demyx yelled, "And you will make beautiful music."
Ria groaned and started plucking the strings, listening to the sounds each one made. She memorized each one and tried a few combinations as Demyx watched her.She knew Demyx wouldn't leave her alone till she played something, so she started playing a melody Demyx didn't recognize. The melody was heard through out the castle and eventually reached Xemnas' ears.He looked up, listening to it closely.
"It sounds almost...sad.Nothing like Demyx.Who could be playing?"
As the melody continued, Saix flinched as he took the bandages off.Rixa had caused heavy damage to him as well and he was in recovery like she was.He heard the melody and stopped for a moment. He listened to it and looked out the window.
"What in the world? That doesn't sound like Demyx's usual music. It has to be someone else."
Rixa continued playing, starting to sing along as well.Demyx opened his eyes in surprise, unaware of what he was listening to.

Rest your head my little child
while the flowers grow in the wild
tommorow will bring a new day
and the world will surley say
you are the one who brings all hope
everyday the world will hope
that you are awake that day
to see your smile everyone will say
that you are thee most beautiful
and life will be so wonderful
when you are around

Now rest your head my little child
let the flowers grow in the wild
everone will finally know
that you are always true
now rest your head my little child
let the flowers grow in the wild
open your eyes when the morrow comes
until then your sleep needs done
so rest your head my little child
and let the flowers grow in the wild

Rixa suddenly stopped, handing Demyx back his sitar.Demyx came out of the trance, amazed at how beautifully Rixa had played.
"I had no idea you could play so beautifully!", he said, "You could even challenge me!"
"It doesn't matter to me.", she whispered, standing up and leaving the room, "You said to play what came to me and I did."
Demyx watched her leave, plucking the strings. He looked out the window and noticed a patch of light appearing among the clouds. He knew something like this had never happened before. It was always dark in The City That Never Was and light was a rarity.
She really is special, he thought.
