Ammunition - A mixture of Dragon-Class bullet types, all have Elemental charges. Primarily Blunts (High-Impact/Low Penetration) and regular civilian bullets.
Talent - Dark Affinity. Faith basted magic requires less Faith to have an effect on the world. This, in turn, lessens backlash from failed spells. Dark Artifacts may also have increased or unusual effects when used.
Flaw - Wide Open: Dark Affinity. Faith basted magic has an increased effect on Locke.
Description - Of average build but of abnormal height, Locke really only stands out crowds of Protectorate citizenry due to it. He stands with a medium frame, though his proportions are a little off from normal. His legs are a bit shorter then normal, reducing his speed a little. However, with a slightly larger torso, he also has a slightly longer reach then normal. His hair is a dark brown of his heritage, and his eyes are typically hazel. Few have seen them as green, but usually that's only for a fleeting second. The only real oddity of his physical features outright is the shock of white hair he has for bangs. His excuse is a bleaching accident when he was younger, his fellow Guardials believe it to be a magical accident he doesn't want people to know about.

*Phane-Class weaponry is typically experimental in nature. As firearms are classed in power by creatures**, Phane-Class weaponry also tends to be exceedingly powerful when they work correctly, as they are named after the abomination of legend, the Phane, a time destroyer said to have existed [or unleashed, the myths are never clear on this] before magic infused the world.

** The smallest firearm class is called the Hawk. It is no larger then the average adult's hand, and the firer is required to prime the weapon with [usually] a Focus-basted spell, typically Fire or Air type, before firing one of the rather small bullets. It lacks an effective range beyond Point-Blank. It is, however, rather unnoticeable, even when drawn and primed, and is still considered one of the deadliest "stealth" weapons known to Men, Elves, and Hobs. The strongest legal firearm is currently the Chimera-Class. Currently only produced in the form of a five or six shot revolver, it uses cartridge ammunition much like the Dragon-Class before it. However, it can accept ammunition that is slightly larger [.45 mm] then the .37 mm bullets used by the Dragon. It is unknown how this is possible, however, as the trade secrets on this new gun are still kept under a ridiculously close guard. The effective range is over 100 feet, and trained sharpshooters can achieve accurate results up to three times that. They are also notoriously messy when equipped with the larger ammunition.
