X mas is probably a bad time to start this with all the random tasty garbadge headed my way...
Still, if i want to shed some weight, I need to keep track of what I'm shoveling in and make sure I have at least three meals a day. REGULAR meals a day at that.
Anyway, here goes.
breaky was late, around 10:30 odd (I got side tracked on the compy. razz ) and a combo of Start Right (a cheap knock of the healthy plus cereals), honeywheats, toasted muesli and that four grain ring shaped cereal that I've forgotten the name of with combined skinny and whole long life milk. along with a toasted muffin, marg and melted tasty cheese.
lunch (which turned out to be closer to dinner when I got side tracked by gardening) Is my usual instant paste tomato and onion flavour with frozen mixed veg and chopped up Sanitarium protein sausage and marge all cocked together with mixed green leafy stuff and chopped mushrooms.
try eating something later to make the three meals... just something light tho.
