His eyes sparkle.
His smile is bright,
but its not her
that he holds tonight.

His heart is split.
His finger crowned,
but he’s himself,
when she’s around.

He wants one,
but has another.
Hearts connected,
they want each other.

Things are complicated.
Times are rough.
Is just wanting her,
always going to be enough?
